Robert & Elizabeth

This operetta follows the romance of poets Robert Browning and Elizabeth Barrett. Elizabeth is from a large family ruled over by her tyrannical father but has been receiving letters from fellow poet Robert. When they meet he falls instantly love and his love seems to help Elizabeth regain her strength which annoys her father has he enjoys holding power over his invalid daughter. With her family standing in their way will their love prevail?
