The Sound of Music

Maria is unsure whether she wants to be a nun so whilst waiting for her calling the Mother Superior sends her to act as a governess for Captain Von Trapp and his seven children. The Captain is very strict and runs his house like a military camp whilst Maria brings fun and music into their lives. However the shadow of Nazism fills their lives and forces each of them to make a difficult decision. Made famous by the film of the same name starting Julie Andrews and full of standards such as “Edelweiss”, “My Favourite Things”, “Climb Ev’ry Mountain” and “Do-Re-Mi”.
