This 1929 operetta by Noel Coward is set at the turn of the 20th century in England and Austria-Hungary. A young girl is in love with her music teacher and this reminds the Lady Shayne of her own youth. Nearly 55 years ago she fell in love with her own music teacher even though she is engaged but agrees to run away to Vienna with him. With both stories running parallel how will Lady Shayne react when it seems her story is about to be retold?
