When unrefined cockney Bill Snibson learns he is the new Earl of Hareford but in order to gain his inheritance he must improve his manners and become a proper gentleman. But as Bill moves away from his cockney ways he leaves behind his girlfriend, Sally, in favour of his new rich friends. Will Bill follow the money or his girl?
