Please find detailed below all the information you need regarding auditioning for the show, audition pieces and documents you need.
Lib Hire
Libs will be available to hire at the Open Evening this evening and at the Pre-Audition Calls at a cost of £25. Cash or cheque (made payable to CAODS) are both fine. Jean Pinkney will be in the kitchen from 8pm this evening so please see Jean with your money. Please note: If you decide not to continue with the show post-auditions, refunds for lib hire will only be given if they are returned within 2 weeks of the audition date.
Fees
In order to audition you must at least be a Non-Acting Member (membership £15) and you will need to have paid your Show Fee – which for Top Hat has been agreed at £40 – to be paid in advance of the auditions. Again cash or cheque (made payable to CAODS) is fine. Jean and Dave Yetton will be collecting show fees. Please remember that you will need to increase your membership to Acting Member, if not already, (total £40).
Please note – as per the new rule agreed at the last AGM, Show Fees will only be returned to anyone not continuing with the show within 2 weeks post-auditions. Show fees will not be refunded after that date.
